A recruiting video should make the athlete's role easy to understand. Start with clear footage, select the strongest relevant plays, and follow the format or length request from the coach receiving it.
Use footage that shows the whole play
Keep the setup, the athlete's action and the result when they matter. A clip that shows only the celebration may be exciting but gives a coach little context.
For a position-specific reel, include representative plays rather than only one type of highlight. Check that the athlete is actually visible before sending the video.
