1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NextPlay ("the Service"), operated by VZT Tech Consulting ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

NextPlay is an AI-powered sports content platform that processes uploaded game footage to generate highlight reels, performance grades, social media content, and recruiting materials. The Service uses artificial intelligence for video analysis, scoreboard reading, commentary transcription, and highlight detection.

3. User Accounts

• You must be 13 or older to use the Service
• If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must set up and manage the account on your behalf
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• One person or legal entity per account
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account

4. Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain all rights to the videos and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant NextPlay a limited license to process, analyze, and transform your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

AI-Generated Content: Highlight reels, performance grades, social captions, recruiting emails, and other content generated by our AI are created for your exclusive use. You own the rights to distribute and share this generated content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have the right to share
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI models or bypass usage limits
• Share account credentials with others
• Use the Service to harass, bully, or defame any person

6. Subscriptions & Billing

• Free tier: 5 uploads per month, clips up to 15 minutes
• Paid plans: billed monthly through Stripe
• You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months (see our Refund Policy)

7. AI Disclaimer

AI-generated content (performance grades, recruiting matches, coach emails, social captions) is provided as a starting point and may contain inaccuracies. You should review all AI-generated content before sharing. AI performance grades do not replace professional coaching evaluations. Recruiting matches are suggestions based on publicly available data and may not reflect current program needs.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your videos and generated content will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

9. Limitation of Liability

NextPlay is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
