NextPlay is a subscription-based service. When you subscribe to a paid plan, you are purchasing access to the platform for the duration of your billing period. All sales are final once the service has been used (i.e., you have uploaded videos or generated highlight reels).
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. When you cancel:
Because NextPlay provides immediate access to AI processing, video analysis, and content generation upon subscription, we do not offer automatic refunds once the service has been used. Uploading a video or generating a highlight reel constitutes use of the service.
You have the ability to cancel at any time before your next billing cycle — we encourage you to cancel if the service is not meeting your needs rather than waiting until after renewal.
